We have a flat in Chelsea where we do short term lets to high net worth individuals. When we started, I was paying a management company to make the flat welcoming, but in fact that consisted of little more than industrial cleaning and a laundry replacement service. As a lot of our tenants are on secondment from overseas, and are away from home, it was really important to me that the flat, which was in fact my own home prior to my marriage, felt warm and cosy and offered a real home from home.

A friend of mine recommended HH, having seen some finishing touches project work that they had done on a luxury residential development in Holland Park. They came straight round and immediately understood what was required in terms of a few homely touches along with setting up agreements with local suppliers so fresh flowers and a freshly stocked fridge are now all automatically in place for any new arrival. We are very happy and so are our rental clients, who really appreciate the efforts we have made to make them feel at home.
